There are many ways for us to work toward the answers you seek! Here is an overview of therapy services offered at this time.
Individual Therapy
An individual session is a 50-minute one-on-one meeting where we focus on your personal goals. Together, we’ll set clear goals and talk about ways to help you succeed. Your first session might be a little longer so we have time to understand your needs and make a plan to reach your goals. We’ll check in on your progress regularly to keep you on track and make sure you feel good about the changes you’re making.

Group Sessions
Group sessions give you a chance to connect with others who have similar experiences. These sessions are a safe and supportive space to share, learn from others, and remember that you’re not alone. Groups are only open to clients of this practice, creating a close and caring community.
