I’m a private-pay therapist serving adults online in Florida, and in person or online in Arizona. Below you’ll find transparent rates, how payment works, and what to know about out-of-network therapy (including superbills and HSA/FSA).
Rates (online therapy cost)
Psychotherapy services: 50 minutes – $175.00
Online Therapy: What to Expect
- You pay at the time of service
- HSA/FSA can be used (in the form of a debit card only); I also provide itemized receipts (superbills) for possible out-of-network therapy reimbursement.
- Private-pay means more privacy and flexibility. No diagnosis required for insurance approval, and we set the pace together.
How payment works
- When you’re charged: at booking or immediately after session (confirm your preference).
- Payment methods: major credit/debit cards and HSA/FSA cards.
- Receipts: you’ll receive an email receipt after each payment; superbills are provided upon request (monthly or per session).
Why private-pay can be a good fit
Private-pay keeps your care private, flexible, and in your control. We can focus on what matters most without diagnostic or session-limit requirements from insurance. If you want to seek reimbursement later, superbills make that process straightforward. Please be advised that if you choose to seek out of network benefits, your insurance company can request your clinical records.
Out-of-network therapy (superbills & reimbursement)
I’m transitioning out of in-network with insurance. I do this for many reasons, including increased privacy and flexibility for my clients. Some clients still chose to use benefits by submitting a superbill for out-of-network therapy. Reimbursement varies by plan. See my FAQs for more direction on how to check your benefits.
- I don’t bill insurance directly; clients submit superbills and are potentially reimbursed by their plan (reimbursement is not guaranteed by any insurance company).
- Reimbursement amounts and timelines vary by insurer and plan.
- I am not able to provide superbills for Medicare
Cancellation policy
24 hour cancellation policy: if 24 hours notice is not given (for any reason), the full session fee will be charged.

Where I serve
I provide in person or virtual telehealth for adults in Arizona, and video-only telehealth for adults located in Florida. Unfortunately, if you are outside of Florida or Arizona, I cannot provide online therapy to you at this time.
