Services

There are many ways for us to work toward the answers you seek! Here is an overview of the therapy services offered. It is most common to use a combination of what is listed, although some may be used independently.

Individual Therapy

An individual session is an important 50 minute period where we meet one-on-one and work towards your personal goals. Together, we create specific objectives and implement strategies to foster success. Your initial session may be longer so we can have time to discuss your needs and create a plan on how to obtain your goals. Our goals will be re-evaluated regularly, to keep you on the right path.

Group Sessions

Group sessions provide the rewarding opportunity of connecting with others who have similar experiences. It is a safe, supportive place to learn, hear others’ perspectives, and have a consistent reminder that you’re not alone. Groups are are exclusive to clients of the practice.

Self-Administered Programs

I offer electronic programs for you to complete on your own. These can be used as stand-alone informative courses, or in tandem with other types of sessions. This is also a great way to continue receiving support if you have already completed other services.

Intensives

Intensives are half-day, concentrated sessions. Perfect for those who are only in the area for a brief time, or who want to focus on one specific need. Intensives are great for family members or friends who are flying in to visit a loved one in treatment. They are also effective as an addition to the other therapy services.
